Interlayer insulation: used for insulation between layers of transformer winding coils to prevent short circuits.
Ground insulation: used for insulation between the winding and the iron core (grounding part), which is one of the most important insulation parts of the transformer.
End insulation: also used for insulation of motor winding ends to prevent end discharge.

Characteristics: It combines the excellent impregnation performance of non-woven fabric and the excellent dielectric strength of PI film, and belongs to H-grade insulation material (heat resistance level of 180 ℃).
High mechanical strength: This material has high mechanical strength and can withstand various mechanical stresses generated during the operation of transformers.
Good performance after curing: In the manufacturing process of transformers, this prepreg is wrapped around the conductor and cured by heating to form a very strong and dense insulation layer, greatly improving the insulation performance and overall structural strength of the transformer.
