Winding insulation: wrapped around the outside of the winding to prevent high-voltage breakdown.
Interlayer insulation: placed between the coils of each layer of the winding to provide isolation and insulation.
End insulation: used to fix and insulate the ends of windings to prevent short circuits.

Product Features:
DMD insulation material is a crucial insulation component in dry-type transformers. It consists of two layers of polyester fiber film (D) sandwiching a layer of polyester fiber non-woven fabric (M), which is impregnated with resin to form a prepreg. It is widely used for winding insulation and interlayer insulation of transformers.
Core feature:Temperature resistance level
The temperature resistance level of DMD insulation material is the core parameter for selection, mainly divided into two types:
B-class (130 ℃): Suitable for dry-type transformers in general environments.
F-grade (155 ℃): Suitable for scenarios with higher temperature resistance requirements, it can provide longer service life and higher safety margin.
