High Temp DDP Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper for Transformer Winding

DDP Diamond Dotted Paper is made of high-grade electrical cable paper coated with modified epoxy resin in regular diamond grid dots. The adhesive stays dry at room temperature and cures firmly when heated at 120-135℃, bonding transformer windings tightly to avoid shifting under short-circuit shock.

Unique diamond hollow design enables fast transformer oil penetration and air exhausting inside insulation, greatly reducing partial discharge and corona risk. Widely used for turn & layer insulation of oil-immersed transformers, reactors and instrument transformers.
