Our insulation pull strips (I-beam vent stays) are manufactured by continuous pultrusion process with E-glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin, designed as core insulation support components for dry-type transformers, reactors and power electrical equipment.

Class F / H thermal resistance, high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss, excellent tracking resistance, stable insulation performance under high voltage.

Unidirectional fiber layout provides outstanding compressive, bending and impact resistance, no deformation under long-term load, far stronger than pressboard spacers.

I-shaped cross-section forms natural cooling channels, uniform heat dissipation to reduce transformer temperature rise.

V0 flame retardant, acid & alkali corrosion resistant, low water absorption, no crack in damp or oil environment.
