Characteristics of insulation material diamond grid adhesive AMA for dry-type transformers

Lingge Adhesive AMA Insulation Paper is a commonly used high-performance F-grade insulation material for dry-type transformers. Its core features include excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, and stable insulation performance, making it suitable for the harsh operating requirements of dry-type transformers. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Infrastructure and process characteristics
It is made by uniformly coating a special modified epoxy resin in a diamond grid shape on an AMA three-layer composite substrate (polyester film + two-layer cable paper/aramid paper). The epoxy resin coating is normally in the B stage and only needs to be cured during the drying and heating process of the transformer coil, without additional compounding treatment.
2. Core performance characteristics
High heat resistance level: The heat resistance level reaches F level (155 ℃), and some high-end models can reach higher levels. It is fully suitable for the high-temperature conditions of long-term operation of dry-type transformers, with excellent thermal stability, and can ensure long-term operation safety.
Outstanding mechanical strength and bonding performance: After curing, epoxy resin can reliably bond adjacent layers of the winding into a fixed whole, and sufficient bonding strength can prevent winding displacement during short circuits, greatly improving the transformer's ability to resist sudden short circuits.
Excellent insulation performance: It has high dielectric strength and can replace traditional adhesive insulation paper, reducing insulation thickness. At the same time, the diamond grid point design optimizes air discharge and heat dissipation channels, effectively reducing the risk of corona and partial discharge, and improving insulation reliability.
Strong adaptability to working conditions: It has strong overload resistance in the operating environment of dry-type transformers and has good adaptability to harsh temperature fluctuations, vibration and shock working conditions.
3. Characteristics of Processing Technology
The material itself has good flexibility and is suitable for various coil processing techniques such as foil winding and wire winding. It can also be customized into various insulation parts according to drawings to meet the production needs of different specifications of dry-type transformers, with a high pass rate of finished products.
