Diamond Dotted Paper is manufactured by coating modified high temperature resistant epoxy resin in diamond grid pattern on high-performance electrical cable paper, semi-cured after baking. It is F/H grade thermal insulation material widely used for oil immersed power transformer interlayer and turn insulation.

The unique diamond dot coating reserves oil flow channels, allowing full penetration of insulating oil and rapid exhaust of internal gas during vacuum drying, effectively restraining partial discharge and corona, greatly improving transformer operation safety. When heating during coil curing, epoxy dots melt and solidify to bond winding layers tightly, preventing winding displacement and short circuit caused by electromagnetic force.
