DMD Epoxy Prepreg | 3-Layer Composite, High Dielectric Strength, Heat Resistance 155℃
Class F DMD Insulation Prepreg adopts a 3-layer structure of polyester film and non-woven fabric, impregnated with modified epoxy resin and baked. It features heat resistance up to 155℃ and dielectric strength ≥40kV/mm. With strong adhesion, low shrinkage and excellent ageing resistance, it is widely used for interlayer insulation of dry-type transformers, slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of electric motors. Slitting and custom processing are available.
