Class F DMD Epoxy Prepreg – Insulation for Dry-Type Transformers & Motors

DMD Epoxy Prepreg (Class F, 155°C) is a three-layer composite insulation material consisting of polyester non-woven fabric (D) / polyester film (M) / polyester non-woven fabric (D), impregnated with modified epoxy resin and pre-cured to B-stage.

It features high dielectric strength (≥40MV/m), excellent mechanical strength, low shrinkage, and strong adhesion to copper/aluminum foil. With long shelf life at room temperature and fast curing under heat, it is ideal for dry-type transformer low-voltage coil interlayer insulation, Class F motor slot/turn-to-turn insulation, and electrical equipment insulation.

Available in thicknesses from 0.15mm to 0.40mm, with slitting, die-cutting, and custom processing services provided.
